The 18th ranked Baylor Bears earned a pair of key conference wins over North Texas this past weekend. Robbie Greenberg was dominant on the mound again for he Bears while Irvin Santamaria and Nick Falcone came up big at the plate. UNT did score a win in game 2 of this 3 game set by riding the arm of Ben Salter who picked up the W after 5 and 2/3 innings of work. Josh Dickerson was also a big factor for the Mean Green on the weeked. The series win keeps the Bears near the top of the conference.

Lone Star Still Perfect
The Lone Star College Coyotes kept their record perfect on the season after earnin a 3 game sweep of conference opponenet Houston. The Coyotes were led by the remarkable performance of Trey Hagan at the plate (9-11) and on the bases (5 steals). The wins push LSC’s record to 7-0 on the season.
