Both “if necessary” games have proven to be very necessary, as both #5 Oregon & #6 Virginia Tech survive to force winner take all games tomorrow night. Oregon defeated Iowa State 13-3 earlier today, while Virginia Tech topped East Carolina 10-4 in the night cap.
