LSC Kingwood Takes Both In Doubleheader
CJ Reynolds homered and Mark Schell drove in 6 in two games to lead the Kingwood Coyotes to a doubleheader sweep of LSC Tomball. Kingwood led throughout in Game 1 after Reynolds’ first inning blast and tallied a 10-4 win. Game 2 proved more difficult as the Coyotes had to battle from behind multiple times. A 3R homer from Tomball seemed to be crushing blow in the 6th, but the Coyotes rallied once again and earned the victory on a Zach Stuard walk-off hit in the 7th. The wins take Kingwood to 7-7 on the season.
