Attached is the 2014 NCBA DI LPA Renewal Form. I am happy to announce that there will be no increase in annual dues for teams who meet the June 1st deadline of getting this completed and returned. Please understand the importance of getting it not only turned in on time but to get it taken care of before leaving school for the summer because once you leave, tracking down the club sports director for the signature can be nearly impossible.
