The NCBA is pleased to introduce Rachel Hartman as our new full time staff member serving in the role as Sports Information Director.  Welcome Rachel!

Rachel Hartman, who was hired full time as the Sports Information Director will also serve as the new Mid Atlantic Regional Director for the NCBA.  Former, Mid Atlantic Regional Director, Christian Smith will move on as the new North Atlantic Regional Director.
