Western Washington and Idaho State didn’t disappoint the fans in the early game of the day. After tying it up in the bottom of the fourth the Bengals bats lost there pop. Mason Weathers regained his form on the mound and used some stellar defensive plays from Pete Carlson at shortstop to take a 7-3 complete game win. Western will now wait to see who makes it through the losers bracket to play in the championship game at 11:00 am on Sunday.

Idaho wins opener
In game 1 of the opening day of the NOPAC Regional Tournament Idaho State shows why they are the top seed. With a solid performance from Connor Moore on the mound and timely hitting the Bengals take game one 6-3 over the Oregon Ducks.
Western proves to be a tough task
Western Washington looked to last weekends showdown with Oregon as a precursor to the regional tournament. With a convincing 9-4 win over the North champs Montana, Western Washington came out to make a statement at the tournament. With some timely hitting and solid pitching WWU moves on to play ISU in the first game of elimination Saturday. Game time is 10:00 a.m.

Mid-America Regional Set!
The Mid-America Regional Tournament bracket is set for this weekend! Iowa, Missouri, Northern Colorado, and Colorado State will face off in Topeka, Kansas to compete for a spot in the 2013 NCBA World Series.
Conference Champions
The following teams EACH clinched their respective Conferences this past weekend: Iowa, UNC, Georgia, Northern Colorado, Mizzou, Western Washington, Michigan, Delaware, and UMass. The teams will travel to their Regional Tournament sites to compete for a spot in the 2013 NCBA World Series in Tampa, FL. Congratulations, teams!
North Atlantic Regional Set!
After this weekend’s key match ups, the field for the North Atlantic Regional Tournament is set! The four teams will battle it out in Oneonta, NY from May 10-12 to earn a spot at the 2013 NCBA World Series! Here is the Regional Tournament bracket.
NoPac Regional set for May 10-12
The NoPac Regional teams are all ready to go for next weekend. The University of Montana, Idaho State University, Western Wasington University, and the University of Oregon will be playing for a chance to represent the region at the World Series. Game 1 is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. On Friday with Idaho State University against the University of Oregon. The University of Montana will play Western Washington in game 2 at 4:00 p.m.
Regional ticket punched
In a thriller Sunday match up with the conference on the line Western Wasington and Oregon battled it out in two extra inning games. In game two of the series Oregon took the 4-3 win and set up the final game 3 thriller. The final game was just as thrilling as the last with Western coming out on top 2-1. With the win Western won the series and clinches a spot in the NOPAC regional tournament.
World Series Bound
Cal has punched their ticket to Tampa and the program’s first ever World Series appearance by winning the Southern Pacific Regional Title today against UC San Diego. Congrats Golden Bears!
